Hernand Refinement Token
A token granted by the Duke of Hernand to individuals who have acted honorably in the service of his duchy. If you present this token to the town's blacksmith, Turnali, it will cover the material cost of refining your equipment. However, these tokens can only be used for equipment that has been refined less than five times, as the tokens from the duke are not enough to cover the costs of the valuable resources required beyond that point.
