Eastern Witch's Fan Wearer: Kliff A fan engraved with mysterious patterns, received from the witch of the east. When wielded as a weapon, it allows the user to borrow the witches' power to command a harmony of wind and lightning. With gusts strong enough to push even rain clouds away, it is capable of clearing overcast skies to load a bright, sunny day.

The Core of Deliverance housed within the cauldron generates a constant, powerful electric current. When fired, it unleashes thick bolts of lightning, electrocuting any foolish enemies in its path.
